Individual and group sessions designed to enhance recovery in common disabilities caused by stroke and brain injury. We are qualified ARNI instructors based in Swansea, South Wales.
Home Training Sessions (currently unavailable)
We offer services in which we travel to your own home for therapy sessions if you are unable to attend our practice or just want to exercise in the comfort of your own surroundings. This is part of the ARNI qualification that provides training at home.
Exercise Referral
Individually designed sessions working alongside your doctor to improve or reverse common health conditions such as Hypertension, Anxiety, Obesity, Arthritis and COPD. GP referral qualifications obtained.
